  • Aurora, mum of 7 years old girl

I ordered the With You keychain and this product has made such a positive difference for my daughter especially during the difficult school drop-offs when she was experiencing separation anxiety.

Having something familiar and comforting with her helped her feel more secure and settled throughout the day.

We enjoyed reading the lovely ritual before the bell in the morning. It gave her a small sense of connection to home without being distracting in class and we noticed she gradually became more confident saying goodbye in the mornings.

It has been a simple but really valuable support for both of us. I would definitely recommend it to other parents whose children are finding the transition to school challenging and have separation anxiety.

  • Helen, mum of 11 years old girl

My daughter’s main difficulty is being in certain parts of our house on her own, or feeling like there are intruders. She doesn’t have separation anxiety; she has intrusive thoughts about people being in the house.

As soon as we used the necklace I felt hopeful! We used the supplied notes and talked about them together, and I feel that it made 100% difference to her anxiety.

And then an incredible thing happened… My daughter put on her necklace and went into another room without one of us – for the first time in years. Years!!

She is wearing it in the house and beginning to slowly explore how far she can go. We’re loving it.

It’s given us some focus and helped to ‘other’ her anxieties. We’ve already recommended it!

  • Matt, father of a 5 years old boy

I wear our With you Neckalce when my wife is away…

Clarification: I love my wife dearly but I don’t personally suffer from separation anxiety. The truth is that my son makes me wear his necklace when his mama is away.

Just before they separate, they spend a little time doing the With You ritual and discussing the charms and their meaning. He always giggles at the cheeky pom-pom part, its wonderful to watch them sharing the ritual.

As soon as they finish and say goodbye, he “knights” me with the necklace. I wear it the whole time his mama is away, and when he has a hard moment, he snuggles into my arms and holds the wooden heart in his little fist. He has created his own little ritual based on the With You necklace.

Those moments are so precious for me, because I feel that together, his mama and I are doing our best to soothe and support our child when he needs us. The booklet with the meanings is always close by and we recite the ritual as and when needed.

The With You necklace is a precious object for our family, and we are so grateful for it.
