Shipping policy

Our items are bespoke and made to order, and as such, we aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days of receipt. 

If, for any reason, our dispatch times are delayed, we will write to inform you of the delay and provide you with a new dispatch window. 

The cost of postage for up to 4 products is as follows:

£4.00  for Standard delivery tracked

£7.00  for Express delivery tracked

We currently only sell & ship within the United Kingdom. Should you wish to order from anywhere else in the world, please write to us at hello@withyou.toys with your location, and we will add you to our mailing list so we can inform you of when we begin to ship worldwide. 

GIFT Cards 

The recipient of the gift certificate will be entitled to WITH YOU TOYCESSORIES™ merchandise to the amount specified. The gift card is valid for twelve months from the day of issue.

Neither the gift card nor products purchased with a gift card are redeemable for cash.

Gift cards can be used as part payment for goods greater than the amount of the gift card, the balance being paid in the normal way (credit cards or PayPal). Multiple gift cards can be applied to the same order.
